  3. Item damaged during the shipment
  4. Accessories or parts missing
  5. Wrong item was sent by us.
  6. Points to be noted: We encourage the Buyer to review the product listing before making the purchase decision. In case the buyer orders a wrong item, buyer shall not be entitled to any return. refund Buyer need to rise the return request within 48 houres from the date of delivery. Once buyer has raised a return request. Buyer has to submit the CCTV footage / Video for Open the box, in video, box label, all product should be seen clearly. Also items should be counted. We will need you to submit proof of issue to verify your replacement request.  
  7. Replace after shipment collection – Mauli System team will wait for the product which is delivered to you.
  8. How do I return an item purchased on Mauli system? Conveniently you have to return parcel by appropriate courier companies with proper packaging if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’. ’Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ state. Important: Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. Hassle-Free

  12. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the us In case a Replacement is not available, Mauli System will adjust balance the amount for the same in next new order or send the material once available or send other material if buyer wants, in place of returned material.
  13. Returns are subject to the mauli system return policy. Returns are covered by the 48 Hour Replacement Guarantee after delivered to you Exceptions: There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns. To return a product for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  14. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
