Order Cancellation and Return Policy

The customer may cancel an order at any time before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled, but the customer may choose to reject it upon delivery.

The permitted cancellation time varies by product category. Orders cannot be canceled once the specified cancellation window has passed. The time window shown on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final

If a customer cancels an order after the permitted time, a cancellation fee may be charged. Free cancellation is not guaranteed beyond the specified time limit.

Mauli Systems  reserves the right to:

Accept or reject any cancellation request.

Modify or waive the cancellation window and/or fee at its discretion.

Mauli Systems  Order Return & Replacement Policy

Returns, exchanges, or refunds scheme provided by Mauli System directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. 

The return or replacement terms shown on the individual product page will take priority over this general policy. Please review the return/replacement policy on the specific product page for any exceptions or special conditions. Refer below for additional details.

1. Eligible Return Cases
Buyers may request a return or replacement if any of the following issues occur with the purchased item:

Product is defective.

Product is physically damaged during shipment.

Parts or accessories are missing.

Wrong product received.

2. Ineligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Buyer ordered the wrong item.

Return request is raised after 48 hours from delivery.

Product has been used or is not in its original condition.

Original packaging, price tags, labels, accessories, or freebies are missing.

Product damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

Product is covered under manufacturer’s warranty (in this case, service will be provided through brand service centers).

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, the Buyer must:

Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Submit a CCTV/video recording of the unboxing. The video must clearly show:

Sealed package

Shipping label

All contents (fully visible and counted)

4. Verification & Replacement Process

Mauli Systems or the product brand will verify the issue through:

On-call support

Diagnostic tools, image or video uploads

At-home inspection or visit to the nearest service center (if needed)

In case of a defective product, verification will be done by Mauli Systems or the brand.

In case of damage, wrong or missing items, remote verification will be conducted.

5. Return Shipping

Buyer must return the item via a reliable courier service.

Product must be properly packed and returned in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories.(Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.)

Buyer bears return shipping cost unless the item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Service Through Brand

Brand assistance for device related issues is subject to brand warranty guidelines and service policies. Please reach out to the nearest brand authorized service centre for more detail. Please note that MS is an online marketplace and the final decision on replacement of defective device rests with brand. 

For issues covered under manufacturer warranty, buyer may be referred to the brand service centre for repair/replacement.

For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.

 8. No Returns categories :

Some products categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.
